Heatco (Midlands) Ltd (HML) was established in 1988, and has been long regarded as a premier plumbing and heating contractor, working with many leading new build developers in the Midlands area.
Following a management buyout in 2010, and the subsequent Directorial restructure, founding Director Andrew Gough was joined on the Directorial team by Scott Broome.
In the following years HML has enjoyed considerable success in its expansion, encompassing domestic plumbing and heating, gas servicing, domestic and electrical installations.
HML specialises in providing household plumbing, heating and electrical installations to residential property developments, including the installation of all aspects of our industry leading micro-renewable technologies, and have experience in installing solar PV, solar thermal, air and ground source heat pump technologies, and have completed many successful contracts utilising these technologies.
With a wealth of experience, our team of highly skilled and motivated professionals, backed by our dedicated admin staff, put great emphasis upon quality work and competitive rates. As a result, our company has earned a high level of trust, respect and an excellent reputation within the new build contracting sector.
Our in-house experts specialise in assisting clients in all aspects of design, specification and delivery of new build projects. This coupled with our team of fully trained ACS and Gas Safe registered engineers, means we have the expertise to complete installations into new build residential sites, of any standard and size.
We now encompass a dedicated and specialised electrical team, who are able to assist with your design, installation and commissioning requirements. Our electricians often work in support of our heating engineers, to ensure a complete, one stop heating installation package for our clients.
We have a dedicated customer care team providing support to our new build clients, this comes as standard, as we take the quality of our customer care very seriously. The customer care team also deals with all aspects of annual gas boiler services, unvented hot water services and landlord certifications.
