At HML we appreciate that the bathroom is a very important area of the home, arguably second only to the kitchen in sales importance. This is reflected in the care and planning we complete, and in the undertaking of the works involved. We always work very closely with all of our clients, to devise flexible programmes of work for the modernisation of a customers’ bathroom facilities. We promote the ethos of customer and client choice and discuss every aspect of the installation process so as to minimise any concerns regarding disruption.

Each year on behalf of our clients, we install hundreds of pieces of sanitary ware, from high end wet rooms to more standard suites. Our operatives are specialists, and are experienced in working in both new build and occupied properties. HML are acutely aware of the importance of getting the job done as swiftly and efficiently as possible, without compromising the quality of the installation.

HML also has experience in the installation of disabled bathroom adaptations and level entry shower systems, to the social housing sector.  We employ specially trained and experienced plumbers, who carry out this work on behalf of our clients.  We understand that because of the specialised nature of this type of work, and the vulnerability of the tenants involved, we afford extra attention to every detail of the design process, the organisation of the work and trades involved, and also the quality control of the work itself.  This careful attention to the planning and execution of every installation is to ensure these tenants are not subjected to any delays or unnecessary inconvenience.
